HEaling Bridge Psychotherapy, LLC

Online Therapy in Texas and Minnesota

Healing is waiting for you. Start building a bridge to mental health and wellbeing by reaching out to us.

The noble calling of the law requires dedication and hard work.

If, despite the accomplishments you’ve reached in your career, you feel stranded on a “bank” of mental distress, overwhelm, trauma, and burnout, we are “bridge builders” leading you back to your resilient and whole self.

As a former practicing attorney, I, too, struggled with anxiety and depression. Now holding dual graduate degrees, I specialize in mental health treatment for those in the legal field. My prior experience as a lawyer and as a clinical professional at the Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program uniquely positions me to be your guide to greater mental health and wellness.

My therapeutic approach is both supportive and challenging. You will have a safe and confidential space to learn coping skills, safely express emotions, craft work-life balance, replace negative thought patterns with healthier ones, and prevent burnout. You don’t have to navigate the challenges that so many lawyers face alone. Therapy can help you rediscover why you chose law and realign your work with your values. Healing Bridge Psychotherapy can reconnect you with a life of fulfillment and joy.

Working with us, you can cross from:

Burnout to balance.

Perfectionism to self-compassion.

Hustle to harmony.

Overthinking to mindful living.

Isolation to connection.

Feeling stuck to creativity.

 Testimonials

It's not easy for me to verbalize my thoughts and emotions, but there's something about Christina's patience, empathy and presence that made it so easy to separate the "shoulds" from what my most authentic self truly wants.  Her coaching is both powerful and practical.  Thanks, Christina!

- C.M. (coach, trainer, and YouTuber)

Working with Christina provided me clarity and insight as I considered a life transition. Uncovering my values while working with her turned out to be much more helpful than I ever could have realized. I highly recommend Christina’s coaching if you are considering a transition or want a better understanding of your internal motivations.

-A.H. (medical professional)

Before working with Christina, I was wanting to leave my corporate job and start a coaching business, but I felt stuck. Christina held space for me to put a plan in place and get the courage to move forward. I am so grateful to Christina for her support through that transition. I am now loving my new career.

FAQs

What is the difference between therapy and life coaching?

Psychotherapy is a therapeutic relationship to treat clients’ mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, or substance use disorder and can only be provided by a licensed mental health professional regulated by a state licensing board. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Texas License #67495 and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Minnesota License #33810.

My psychotherapist services are complimented and amplified by my coach training through the Human Potential Academy (HPA) and credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My ACC credential, held by only 26,563 individuals worldwide as of 2023, demonstrates my commitment to complying with a coaching Code of Ethics as well as ongoing skill development through continuing coach education (CCEs).
